Our services

Basic

Catering services includes a menu consultation, full and half tray options. Standard sterno and stand set up with drop off which includes serving utensils, plates, napkins, forks, spoons and knives. IE Specific colors and brands subjective to upcharge.

Bartending services include one certified bartender per 75 guests based on per hour. Includes beer tubs, ice buckets, bar tools and garnishes. IE Client provides all additional supplies

Standard

Catering provides same as basic services with an option of renting waitstaff that will assist with delivery, set up, food preparation, serving in a buffet style, table clearing and clean up.

Bartending services include basic package with bar rental, options for signature drinks, supplies, specialty garnishes, ice and cups.

Premium

Catering services include per person plated depending on menu selection of family style or individual. The option for dinnerware rentals. One server per 20 guests which includes both standard and basic packages. IE venue must provide working kitchen.

Bartending services include bar rental and full bar set up 15-20 mid shelf liquors ex. bacardi, captain, absolute, tanqueray and jose quervo. Mid range price wine, mixers, garnishes, ice and cups. Juice, soda and water for bar only. Also includes a bar back with basic and standard packages.
